Shipping & Delivery

It will typically take between 1-5 days for orders to be prepared and dispatched. However, if you need your item urgently, please email us here and we’ll try our best to have your item packaged and posted out to you as soon as possible. 

Please ensure that you enter your address correctly when checking out, as Aromafem is not responsible or liable for orders delivered to the wrong address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct information at the time of purchase.

Shipped using our standard delivery option – please allow 1-5 working days once dispatched.

Our products are all delicately made and we want to make sure that they reach you in the best condition. Postage for all of our orders are set to the following rates and cover the cost of packaging as well as First Class or tracked courier delivery:

We offer a free collection service from our representatives in MARKHAM and RICHMOND HILL.

The pick-up is subject to 1-2 days lead time, to arrange a time for Pick-up.
